I have been taking time to really understand design thinking and I discovered from my research that empathy plays a vital role in designing solutions that work for people.
I get excited about Mondays. I know this is contrary to most people’s views, as I have heard friends muttering and complaining as their weekend’s joy and excitement gradually fade away around 17h00 on a Sunday evening.
